Property ownership often falls into two categories: non profit and limited profit. We are capable of meeting the goals and requirements of both.

We develop relationships with the owner and/or the Board of Directors. We attend regularly scheduled board meetings and provide as much - or as little - information as required. We handle every facet of a community's operation but are acutely aware that the ultimate responsibility for the property lies with the owner. As such, we strive to competently do our job without asking too much of the owner.

The satisfaction of the owner and all associated federal and state agencies, with our performance is the standard form in which we have built our business.
